About the Role

We are looking for a high-velocity engineer who lives in the IDE, leveraging LLMs to ship features in hours. This role is at the cutting edge of fintech and AI. We are specifically opening this role to freshers who have demonstrated exceptional personal interest in Generative AI, agentic workflows, or Genkit. If you have built your own LLM wrappers or have a GitHub full of experimentation, we want you on our privately funded team. This is a chance to build the 2026 Agentic Defense shield from the ground up.

Candidate Requirements

Practical knowledge of AI agents and models and efficient usage

Ability to build and iterate at the speed of thought (Vibe Coding mindset).

Freshers: Proven track record of personal AI projects or active open-source contribution.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or an equivalent level of practical experience.

Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, and a systematic approach to troubleshooting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with various stakeholders.

An obsession with automating complex manual processes.
